    At Swissness Applied, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we have a return and refund policy in place.

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original undamaged condition.
    • Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the items.

    Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@swissnessapplied.ch, and provide your order details and reason for the return.

    Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a return authorization, if applicable.

    Please make sure to securely package the items in their original or equivalent protective packaging to prevent any damage during the return shipment.

    Refund Process:

    Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund.

    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

    Timeframe for Refunds:

    The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned items.

    Please allow additional processing time, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    Exceptions:

    Custom-made or personalized items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

    If the items are returned in a damaged or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to withhold a partial refund or reject the return.
